The house at Cutteen Cottage exceeded my expectations. It was clean, well-equipped, and had quality bedding and towels. The spacious layout was perfect for my family of four kids. The garden at the back provided a safe environment for the kids to explore and play. We also loved the convenience of having a good shop and restaurant in the nearby town of Tulla.

I had the pleasure of engaging in the thrilling activities of hiking and fishing in the area surrounding the holiday home, while enjoying the lovely garden views and free WiFi. Shannon Airport was conveniently close.
Oh, how I adore the wonderful surprise of no oven, no dining area, and no electric kettle! Absolutely charming.

Pros of Cutteen Cottage: The location was mind-blowing! Situated in the countryside but also super close to nearby attractions. The house was jaw-droppingly beautiful, designed as an old-style country cottage with stunning and super comfortable furniture. And let's not forget the amazing value for money! The cottage was immaculately clean, and the shower wet room was a super pleasant surprise. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the open plan living area was super cozy. The cottage itself was very homely with some beautiful furniture. The location was also a super plus, as it was very central for local attractions, most of which were only an hour or so drive away. The cottage was also a high value place in a pretty good location for visits to nearby natural wonders. The cottage was big and lovely, situated in a rural area but on one of the main roads. It was well-equipped, warm, and cozy. The hosts were absolutely wonderful, making our three days here absolutely amazing. We highly recommend Cutteen Cottage!

The location of the cottage was ideal for exploring the surrounding area, with plenty of amenities and sightseeing trips nearby. the hosts, both Patrick Snr and Patrick Jnr, were excellent, ensuring that we were happy and feeling welcome throughout our stay. the house itself exceeded our expectations, with nice rooms and a layout that was perfect for our family. We also enjoyed the spacious garden at the back for the kids to explore.
The lack of instructions provided upon arrival made it a little challenging to figure out the heating system in a timely manner.

The house itself was spacious and well-designed, with comfortable furniture and stunning country cottage vibes. It exceeded our expectations and was great value for money. Cutteen Cottage was a fantastic value for the money. The room was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean, and the shower wet room was a pleasant surprise. The location was peaceful and rural, perfect for walks and close enough to Ennis and Limerick. The staff were wonderful and the open space both inside and outside was a bonus.
Hotel breakfast could use a little improvement.
